It can also use and put the surface –active agent of the solvent into detergent. And it is effective result that put the serious dirt into the detergent soak for several hours. The pressing machine can’t deal with the dirt tablecloth, because the stain is more difficult to wash clear after high-temperature.

3. Size
It is different that the control time and sized between the fabric of Yongxing and the cotton tablecloth. The fabric of Yongxing should be transferred to letting the starch be abundant in 10 to 20 minutes after being sized is absorbed, then the water is steamed for 2 to 3 minutes.

4. There is the hot tablecloth to spin how wrinkly to be solved
A unclean one iron plan cylinder will make Yongxing fabric hot and produce continue wrinkle. So must clean the scalding machine cylinder while scalding the fabric tablecloth of Yongxing besides cleaning scalding machine 2 to 3 times cylinders every day. If the cleaned fabric tablecloth it’s ph-value is greater than 5, it will produce the wrinkle after being hot. So it is need add the acid to come to neutra lization alkali . And the tablecloth that be cleaned would show neutrally. Namely the ph-value is between 6 and 6.5.
The fabric tablecloth anhydration in Yongxing only takes 2 to 3 minutes, and it can be use the scalding machine at once after the anhydration, needn’t dry or lay aside some time , otherwise it will produce the wrinkle too.
